10-Day Easy Returns
Return eligible items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. No questions asked for manufacturing defects.
Return Window
You have 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. After 10 days, returns will not be accepted except in cases of manufacturing defects reported within 30 days.
Items Eligible for Return
Item received is damaged or defective
Item received is different from what was ordered
Item is of significantly different quality than described
Item is missing parts or accessories mentioned in the listing
Packaging is severely damaged affecting product integrity
Expired products (for grocery/health category items)
Items NOT Eligible for Return
Items returned after 10 days from delivery date
Used, washed, or altered items (unless defective)
Items without original packaging and tags
Perishable goods (fresh food, flowers)
Customized or personalized products
Intimate apparel, innerwear for hygiene reasons
Digital products, software licenses, or subscriptions
Items damaged due to misuse or negligence by customer
Bulk orders above 50 units (B2B orders — contact support)
Conditions for Successful Return
Original Condition
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact
Original Packaging
Return with all original packaging, boxes, bags, manuals, accessories, and freebies received
Invoice Required
Include a copy of your invoice or provide your order number when initiating the return
Photo Evidence
For damaged or defective items, photos/videos of the damage must be submitted at the time of return request
Timely Request
Return must be requested within 10 days. Pickup will be scheduled within 3-5 business days of approval
Quality Check
All returned items undergo quality inspection. Refund is processed only after successful QC (3-5 business days)

Login to your account → Go to My Orders → Select the order
Click "Request Return" and select items to return with reason
Upload photos of damaged/defective items (required for defect claims)
Our team reviews in 24 hours and schedules a pickup if approved
Refund processed after successful quality check (3-5 business days)
